Grilled Montreal Steak
- 2 lb boneless beef sirloin steak (or New York strip steaks)
- 2 Tbsp McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Season steaks generously with Steak Seasoning.
- Grill steaks over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
Our Terroir Cellars 2015 l’Ouverture is from the French wine region of Bergerac and was aged in French oak barrels, which produced a complex aromatic palate. There is a deep, ripe blackberry flavor in the attack. Later, we have notes of prune and spices like pepper or brown sugar. All of these nuances come from the different toasting applied to the oak barrels. The mouth reveals some tobacco, leather, barbecue sauce, smokiness and balsamic aromas. This wine has an elegant structure and a medium body.
