Seattle Smoked Salmon Dip

Seattle Smoked Salmon Dip

This delicious recipe for Seattle Smoked Salmon Dip pairs perfectly with the Mariana Vineyard 2016 Pinot Grigio.

Our Mariana Vineyard 2016 Pinot Grigio was grown in the Central Valley of California. This Pinot Grigio displays a beautiful amber color, which is very classic for this varietal. We have aromas of rose petals, daffodil, lychee and citrus. The wine has a smooth attack with a medium build. A lot of minerality is showcased throughout the mouth with plenty of citrus flavors and a mild acidity in the finish.

  1. Pinot Grigio is such an excellent wine for an appetizer or tasting dish like this one. I love the idea of adding apples with the salmon dip, like shown in the picture. It would really bring out the pop and acidity of that wine. What sort of crackers are used here?

  2. This site is so helpful and full of tasty recipes. I can’t wait to try this combination with the Pinot Grigio and smoked salmon dip! I’m planning a birthday party for my friend and this recipe will be used as an appetizer! I know she will love this. Great recipe!
