This delicious recipe for Maple Apple Grilled Cheese pairs perfectly with Dusk 2016 Chenin Blanc.
Our Dusk 2016 Chenin Blanc is from the San Bernabe Vineyards in the Monterey region of California. This wine has aromas of pear, green apple and grapefruit. The attack in the mouth is quite round for a dry wine. Citrus components in the mid-palate give the wine a crisp structure. The minerality from this vineyard shows through, which provides many pairing opportunities for this Chenin Blanc.Learn more about the benefits of the WineShop At Home Artisan Collection Wine Club.
