This delicious recipe for Roasted Garlic Chicken Alfredo Bake pairs perfectly with Somersville Cellars 2016 Noblesse.
Our Somersville Cellars 2016 Noblesse is a barrel-fermented white blend with rich orange marmalade aromas in the attack. Following the attack are flavors of apricot, mango and ripe lemon. This wine is as unctuous as the oak characters from the barrel fermentation, but without overpowering the body. Its beautiful structure stands firm from the attack, middle and through the finish. Toward the end, some acidity is present, making this wine a prime candidate for ageing over a few years.
