  • 2 teaspoons snipped fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons

  2. In a covered grill, arrange medium coals around a foil drip pan. Test for medium-low heat above drip pan (not directly over coals). Place meat on rack above the drip pan. Close grill hood. Grill lamb meat for 30 to 35 minutes for medium rare (145°F) or 40 to 45 minutes for medium (160°F).

This delicious recipe for Rack of Lamb with Rosemary pairs perfectly with the Fleur Bleu 2016 Seven Petals Blend.

Our new Fleur Bleu Seven Petals is a blend of some of our best 2016 wines. The nose is rich and deep with a combination of black cherry, black currant and blackberry. The second nose reveals some vanilla, toasted oak, tobacco and black pepper. A blend of American and French oak barrel ageing gives a boost to the mouth, providing an amplified attack. We have big chewy tannins in the attack followed by a long-lasting structure. There is a lot of length and strength provided by the tannins. A good amount of acidity will allow for an extended ageing potential.

  1. This is nice. Lamb has always been my favorite meat dish and I love to try out new recipes with it whenever I can. But I don’t really like the Fleur Bleu Seven Petals. Can I get another alternative?

  2. Delicious! I tried this once and I love to go back to it. I love dishes sprinkled with Rosemary and this happened to be one of my favorites! I paired it with le Cadeau California Rosé Sparkling Wine and it was heavenly.
