Our Homage Cellars 2017 Viognier displays delicate aromas of lemon, pear, apricot and pineapple. Rich flavors in the finish are reminiscent of baked goods, like fresh cupcakes. This effect can sometimes occur as a result of “on the lees ageing” or the “Sur
Lies” method. In the mouth, the alcohol content provides a welcome warmth. This Viognier is very mineral, dry and finishes with citrus characters of lime and grapefruit.
